From Nubra, venture to Turtuk – a charming border village rich in Balti culture – before tracing the remote Shyok route to the world-famous Pangong Lake. Witness the lake’s hypnotic color shifts before heading deeper into Ladakh’s farthest frontiers at Hanley, a stargazer’s paradise and home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory.

Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization
Altitude: ~11,500 ft
- Pick-up from Leh Airport and transfer to hotel
- Rest to acclimatize to the high altitude
- Evening stroll to Shanti Stupa and Leh Market (optional)
Overnight: Leh
Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing
Route: Leh – Magnetic Hill – Gurudwara Pathar Sahib – Sangam – Hall of Fame
- Explore Magnetic Hill and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
- Visit the confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers
- Discover Hall of Fame Museum and Leh Palace
Overnight: Leh
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

- Ride through the mighty Khardung La Pass

Day 7: Hanley to Umlingla Pass & Return

Day 8: Hanley to Tsomoriri Lake

- Arrive at Tsomoriri Lake (15,075 ft) – a birdwatcher’s paradise
Overnight: Tsomoriri (camp stay)
Day 9: Tsomoriri to Tsokar Lake
Distance: ~100 km / 4 hrs
- Drive to Tsokar, the “White Lake” known for salt flats and wildlife
- Evening exploration and photography
Overnight: Tsokar
Day 10: Tsokar to Leh via Taglangla Pass
Distance: ~150 km / 5–6 hrs
Altitude: Taglangla – 17,582 ft
